four weels

as we all know male is a small place over crowded with vehicles that's why i believe people who are having cars and lorries should be more aware not to block the traffic of the roads. Mostly the taxi drivers and the people, who call for taxi, should understand they have limited time.

Strong Black Coffee

past few days i found out that before any warm up excersie a strong black coffee really boost up the energy level, um not sure if it's a good thing to do. No matter how it works it really helps :P
